| While serving as a founding member of TKLC, Charlotte Elder is the Manager of the SunTrust Bank's Atlanta Region cash management team. The team consists of seven sales officers and three analysts. Client's revenues range from $1MM to $750MM. Charlotte's team specializes in cash management solutions for business clients. Her primary responsibility consists of coaching the team to success, which means achieving an annual sales goal of $7.6MM. Prior to this position, Charlotte managed the Business & Professional Team of sales officers for SunTrust's Central Region, consisting of Georgia and Tennessee. In 2005 and 2006, her team exceeded its annual sales goal by the highest percentage, placing the team in first place. As a result, Charlotte was awarded the Premier Performer Team of the Year. She is an Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia State University with a B. S. in Accounting. Charlotte is also a member of the Salem Bible Church, Eastside, and a facilitator for the Rites of Passage. As an entrepreneur, she maintains a partnership in 911 Lawn Services in Lilburn. |
